Breakfast of Champions

This would be a nice, healthy and beautiful alternative to my usual workday breakfast of greek yogurt with honey (if I even get past my coffee).

Pick a bread that is high in fiber and has lots of grain {1 slice high brand 8health bread has 70 calories and 7gr of fiber}, add 1 tbsp of peanut butter {1 tbsp has 85 calories and 1gr fiber} and some delicious and fresh strawberries {1 cup is 45 calories and has 3gr of fiber}. And voila, you have a tempting, spring looking snack with only 200 calories and full of nutrients!!

  5. I have this for breakfast sometimes actually.. but instead of strawberries, I use a banana. I'm going to try strawberries next time though. =)

  6. Yum! I should try the strawberries, but I usually have Dave's Killer bread with local honey, almond butter and bananas! I use local honey for many reasons but one being because it is supposed to help with allergies that are so common here in Portland.

  15. That looks delicious! Another good breakfast that I have found myself addicted to lately is a whole wheat English Muffin with peanut-butter, a teaspoon of nutella and granny smith apples.
